ST. JOHNSBURY, Vt. A St. Johnsbury man is a facing charges after breaking into an apartment on Harrison Ave Saturday night.
The victim told police she was away from home for the night and returned Sunday to find the place a mess. She also reported someone had made and ate a pizza in her apartment.
There are security cameras in the home and police identified the suspect as 58-year-old Timothy Stanyon.
He was arrested and faces an unlawful trespass charge.
