YPSILANTI TWP., MI – A suspect ran away with nothing after attempting to rob a pizza delivery driver Friday night in Ypsilanti Township.
Police were called at 10:50 p.m. Nov. 29, for a report of a robbery attempt that occurred in the 100 block of Rosewood Avenue, according to the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office.
An unknown man approached the driver during the pizza delivery and demanded cash before running away empty handed, police said.
There were no injuries reported and the robbery attempt remains under investigation.
