Pizza, wings, subs and beer will be in hot demand Sunday.
All are popular choices for Super Bowl Sunday but the chicken wing will be the MVP with 1.4 billion expected to be eaten, according to the National Chicken Council.
This Sunday is likely to be one of the biggest party days of the year. According to the National Retail Federation's 2020 Super Bowl survey, nearly 194 million adults said they had plans for the game, which pits the San Francisco 49ers against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIV from Miami.
Brad Plothow, vice president of corporate marketing and communications for Womply, a small business software provider, says expect crowds at restaurants that specialize in pizza and wings.
“If you’re planning to order in food for your Super Bowl celebration, be sure you plan ahead, as it’s one of the busiest days of the year for restaurants that serve pizza and chicken wings,” Plothow said.
