Aurora and Stapleton can soon count New York-style pizza among their food draws.
The owner of Rosenberg’s Bagels at Stanley Marketplace is adding pizza by the slice — as well as salads, subs and alcohol — to the business’ menu by night.
Rosenberg’s After Dark opens sometime next month inside the food hall.

After Rosenberg’s stops serving bagels and sandwiches in the mornings and afternoons, you’ll find a dinner destination in the same spot. Slices, mozzarella sticks and pitchers of beer will all be on tap.
Owner Joshua Pollack said his other Denver food businesses, Famous Original J’s Pizza and Lou’s Italian Specialties, have been popular in Five Points and Cole. So he’s combining them here.
“Everyone loves pizza, and our approach to pizza is so simple: a quintessential New York slice,” he said. “At every family-owned pizza place in Jersey, you’ll always have salads and hoagies on the menu.”
Once open, Rosenberg’s After Dark will serve pizza, wine and beer until late, while bar hours will extend into the daytime with bloody Marys, spritzes and more brunch cocktails available with your bagel and schmear.
